Staff is amazing , nice and cozy facilities. Crust Saturday brunch is a must to try . Pool staff very polite and helpful

This would have been a perfect stay. The Four Seasons Abu Dhabi is an elegant and luxurious business hotel. For UAE it is boutique (under 200 rooms). Everything was excellent - food, service, amenities. Why the negative review ? Well, the hotel upsold my room but when I extended the rate differences kept shifting through 2 extensions and room categories. Confusing - but the bottom line is that the hotel manipulated rates for no reason and trying to fix things took a long time and ruined a perfect stay. The amount at issue was not that large. It was the principle. The travel agency launched an investigation and a dispute was initiated. One of the managers agreed to keep original rates but on the check out day she was out and the rest of the staff stood their ground and reneged on the original deal. Be careful with upsells. Staff is strangely manipulative and callous. I have had issues with Four Seasons in the past. I stayed at many of their properties over the years. Still it is generally a good brand but a faint imitation of what iota founder Sharp had created.

I will like to highlight my experience with the customer service / reservations staff from four seasons Abu Dhabi , unfortunately due to a medical problem I was enable to expend Eid with my husband in this hotel because he got sick the day previous and needs to be admitted in a hospital , the hotel was very professional and sensitive with my difficult situation and reimbursed the reservation from the first moment due to this medical issue and make it happen smooth, easy and showing great respect and care . So you have get a loyal customer and ambassador of your brand , with all my relatives , colleagues and friends , because this kind of behavior says everything about a brand and the team exquisite approach For sure we will go to your property every time we are going to visit Abu Dhabi Best regards Nere

Stayed one night at this Four Seasons this past week...here are my thoughts: 1. Service here is top notch. Every person is friendly and helpful and they really go above and beyond. 2. Location is great and convenient to the water and lots of restaurants, an indoor mall, and a nice Waitrose. 3. Our standard room was large and had a beautiful view. But it is also dated and showing lots of wear and tear. 4. Prices are reasonable but don't expect a brand new hotel. We might return just for the great service and lovely breakfast buffet but next time I'll see if there's a more updated room.

I love the Four Season brand and we enjoyed their high standard again in Abu Dhabi. Service was efficient, warm and seamless. What we asked for got answered, and if not possible, solutions were provided. Concierge team is top! We had a really good Desert Safari trip arranged by the concierge swiftly despite us arriving late at night. Another example: we wanted to book an Iftar dinner but it was full at the hotel itself so another Concierge arranged for us to dine at Rosewood. Concierge and Front Desk worked seamlessly as well: I asked for the city tour information to be re-routed to my alternative Email and they did that in seconds. Information on the tours are very comprehensive and really, I cannot emphasize the efficiency and effectiveness. Big thanks to Amjad, Monika (both from Concierge) and Ibnu (Front Desk) to make our stay memorable. It was our first time in Abu Dhabi and we plan to make the Four Season AD our base for next visits!
